PIE, Wall Mirror and Storage, by Catarina Oliveira

The Pie mirror was created to complement Porventura's accessories collection.

It's a piece that thrives on contrasts, where the organic texture of the oak wood contrasts with the mirror, where the circle contrasts with straight lines.

Contemporary forms are achieved through the absence of ornamentation and the simplicity of the lines that compose the object, where orthogonality is assertively broken by the curved line.

The Pie mirror, like the rest of the Porventura collection, aims to be a piece that challenges the conventional and proposes new ways of interpreting an everyday object.
